Ronny Thorsen comes back with his band Trail Of Tears featuring a completely re-vamped lineup and brings us “Blood Stained Endurance”. After the whole band walked out on Ronny before the promotion of “Existentia” and rumors that the band split up, the band came back stronger than ever in the second half of 2007. Fast forward time to 2009 and we have the first recording of that lineup as a band. | ||

Finnish black metal legends AZAGHAL have finished recording the follow-up to their highly acclaimed 2008 album, Omega. The upcoming album, titled Teraphim, will again be released by MORIBUND and should be out during this Summer. Artwork is done by Eelco Duppen (Graveland, Wyrd, Azaghal).

Swedish progressive death metallers SKYFIRE will premiere the song “Esoteric” on The Entropy League podcast via METAL INJECTION’s podcast network on Monday May 11th. The track comes off of both the band’s Esoteric full-length due out in August/September and the still-to-be-announced digital EP due out in June/July.
